DVD:
The DVD is an optical storage device whose standard emerged in 1995. Its acronyms correspond to Digital Versatile Discn English (digital versatile disc translated into Spanish). In its beginnings, the video (digital videodisk), due to its development as a replacement of the VHS format for the distribution of video to homes.
CD:
The CD-ROM drive must be considered mandatory in any computer that is assembled or currently built, because most of the software is distributed on CD-ROM.

HDD:
They are a computer component used to store your data permanently. This means that the data is not erased when the unit is turned off as it happens in the ones stored by the RAM memory. SSD: they are an alternative to hard drives. The big difference is that while hard drives use moving mechanical components, SSDs store files in microchips with flash memories interconnected with each other.
